What size should I order?
Each garment has detailed sizing information against it though the most important is your chest measurement so make sure you have a tape measure handy! In general, the garments on this website are a standard fit, so if you normally wear a large top - then it will be the same here. 

When will I receive my order
The items on this website are ordered and customised on demand. However, our supply chain is robust so we expect to turn orders around in a maximum of 15 working days - often a lot quicker then that. We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries so you will receive an email from us confirming your order has been despatched and providing you with a tracking number.  

I've ordered the wrong size - what do I do?
If your item has unique customisation (such as initials, a name or number) then these cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. This does not effect your Consumer Rights. If the item does not have unique customisation, then please use the back of your invoice to advise us why you are returning the item. You can send the items back free of charge via Royal Mail and we will issue a refund within 7 days of reciept. You will then need to place an order for the new items you require. 

What happens if the wrong item has been delivered or there is a fault?
Firstly, we apologise for the issue - unfortunately human error can occur. Use the back of your invoice to advise us of the problem and return using our free returns service below. We will issue your replacement items by return.
